Direct Debits

Direct Debits

With Direct Debits you can arrange payment of an authorised sum to a nominated recipient at nominated intervals.

You can have many of your payments debited directly from your account.

Examples include:

• Utility bills
• Insurance payments
• Credit card monthly repayments
• Loan repayments
• Charitable donations

All you need to arrange for a Direct Debit on your account is our BSB: 803 188 and your membership number. You must provide these details to the organisation / company with whom you are setting the debit up with.

Please be aware that there are certain fees and charges associated when a Direct Debit is dishonoured due to insufficient funds. See our Fees & Charges & Rewards guide for more details.
